Who can register
The Parts Garantee Register is available for pumps purchased from ExFlo Pumps Inc. That is not a technicality — the 48-hour parts guarantee depends on us knowing the exact build being currently used, so we can hold the right wear parts against it. If you run pumps bought elsewhere, we can still help: talk to us about a parts supply plan and/or replacement strategy.
How it works

register your pumps
Give us the model and serial from the nameplate, or send a photo of it and we will record the details off it.

We build your designated parts plan
We map the critical wear parts for each pump — impeller, liners, seals, wear plates — and set stocking levels around your forecasted parts lifecycle.

Your guarantee goes live
From then on those parts ship within 48 hours of order confirmation, or we provide a loaner pump while genuine OEM parts are on order.

One form covers as many pumps as you like — list them in the notes and we will follow up to confirm the details.

The 48-hour window means parts are ready to ship within 48 hours of order confirmation; transit is additional. Loaner pumps are subject to availability of an equivalent model.
